1. What is invoiceSync?

invoiceSync is Windows application that presents your FreshBooks™ account in a slightly different manner than when you are logged over your Web Browser.

2. What’s different from the actual FreshBooks™ interface?

There should be no difference in how the things gets done. Different is the way you access certain functions and navigate from screen to screen.

3. How do you get the information from my FreshBooks™ account?

FreshBooks has an API (Application Programming Interface) that enables programmers to access its functionality within their programs. invoiceSync takes advantage of this API.

4. Is my data safe with invoiceSync?

Yes, invoiceSync uses HTTPS when connecting to FreshBooks, so any transfer between your PC and FreshBooks™ servers is encrypted. Data saved to your Hard Disk for working offline or as backup is not encrypted. This means, you should save your data locally only to a trusted computer.

5. What parts of my FreshBooks™ Account can I access over invoiceSync?

For now available are Invoices, Clients, and Payments. Recurring is planned for the near future. As FreshBooks API gets richer, invoiceSync will follow.
